Narendra Kumar Sharma

FOUNDER/PRINCIPAL LAWYER

Narendra is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Sharma Lawyers. Narendra is an admitted solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia, and a Notary Public. He has a client base across Australia and in many countries overseas, with a proven track record of providing excellent legal services. He was born and raised in in India and can speak Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.  

Narendra brings a wealth of legal experience, having practised for over 30 years in all areas of law. He is a passionate client advocate, specialising in providing excellent legal solutions in the areas of family law, criminal law, migration law, personal injury law, civil litigation and wills and estate law.

Narendra is passionate about giving back to the community, having volunteered at the Refugee and Immigration Legal Service, Caxton Legal Centre and the Hub Community Legal throughout the entirety of his extensive legal career.

Narendra has represented many clients as a solicitor-advocate and conducted cases in the High Court of Australia, Full Federal Court, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court, Family Court of Australia, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Queensland, District Court of Brisbane, Magistrates Court and various Tribunals etc.  

Carmel Sharma

OFFICE MANAGER/SENIOR PARALEGAL

Carmel is the Office Manager and Senior Paralegal and is a Justice of the Peace. She has worked for Sharma Lawyers for more than 20 years, and previously worked for over 15 years with other law firms.
As an integral member of the firm, Carmel has day-to-day responsibility for the expeditious management of conveyancing matters and providing paralegal support in all areas of law.

Nikul Sharma

LAW CLERK

Nikul is a part-time Law Clerk. He is currently in his final year of his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Finance) double degree at QUT on a Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence. In addition to studying full-time and working part-time, Nikul volunteers at the Refugee and Immigration Legal Service and at QUT. As a valued member of the firm, Nikul provides general administration and legal support in all areas of law, directly reporting to the Principal Lawyer.
