Notary Service
The principal solicitor is also a Notary Public appointed by the Court of Faculties in England for certifying and attesting documents for use anywhere in the world.
The following services are provided:
- Preparing Powers of Attorney and other documents and Notarising documents for use overseas/in Australia
- Certification of documents
- Attestation
- Verification of identity
- Authentications or Apostilles from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade; and
- Obtaining attestation of documents from Australian-based Embassies or Consulates.
